Casting for Short Film
This summer, we are shooting a horror short about witches called BAPTISM, and are looking for actors. All available roles are paid, with specific day rates based on the role. We will be shooting at night, on location (carpooling available).
We are casting the following parts:
Female Lead. Early-twenties to mid-thirties. Experience with comedy preferred. 3 day commitment, plus rehearsal.
Male Lead. Early-twenties to mid-thirties. Experience with comedy preferred. 2 day commitment, plus rehearsal.
High Witches. Three parts available. Early to late-twenties. Femme-presenting. Looking for alternative / punk / goth aesthetic. 3 day commitment, plus rehearsal.
Mother Witch. One part available. 50 years old and up. 2 day commitment, plus rehearsal.
Coven. Up to 10 parts available. Accepting femme-presenting people of all ages. 1 day commitment.
City Girl. Mid-twenties. Femme-presenting. Into fashion. Dance / ballet experience is a plus. 1 day commitment.

Please send a headshot (current selfie in good lighting will do) to Deepcutvideos@gmail.com, with the role that you are submitting for in the subject line. If you are open to alternative roles, please say so in the body of the email. To be considered for the project, you must confirm in your email that you can shoot at night. We will be reaching out to perspective hires as soon as possible, and then all viable candidates will be asked to submit a self-filmed tape (phone video) reading sides, or in the case of the High Witches / Coven roles, chanting. Open casting will close June 22nd at 8pm. Thank you!
